Domestic Shipping

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we are not offering international shipping. Due to current tariffs and import complexities, we’ve made the decision to pause international fulfillment until we can ensure a fair and reliable experience. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand internationally in the future.

Returns

Return Policies

Damaged Rope may be returned at any time. If you notice any damage, wear, or compromise to the fiber, please discontinue use immediately. Damaged rope should never be used for suspension.

For safety, we recommend cutting damaged rope into shorter lengths or disposing of it completely. If you are unable to dispose of your rope, we can provide a return shipping label so it can be sent back to us for proper disposal. In return, you’ll receive a coupon toward your next purchase.

Safety Shears Use Notice


Safety shears are intended for emergency rope cutting only. After a single use, blades may become less sharp or misaligned and should be inspected and often replaced. Please use safety shears only for their intended purpose and keep multiple pairs accessible during rope practice.

Returns & Exchanges
